And I'd rather be a little warm than be too cold. BRRRR! Weather here does not change as much on a day to day basis as it does in the West. I never check the weather to dress. We have summer (when it's hot and muggy all day and night) from March to June, then monsoon (when it pours almost all day and night) from July to Sep, then a second summer from Oct and then it starts "cooling down" from mid Nov. Our "winter" (from Dec to Feb) is the most bearable. Days will be in the mid 20s (degrees C) and nights will be in the mid to high teens. The only time we wear jeans and jackets is when we travel to cooler places! LOL.
 
Your winter sounds nice. I really don't like when it's humid and warmer than 25. Here summers get hot, usually it would rain and it cools down, although in recent years it gets hotter, more humid, and with less rain. Fall is beautiful, the trees are red and yellow, it's around 5 to 15, some rain too. It usually starts snowing in october and November, and then it gets very cold, in December-January-February we can get down to -30 or even colder some years. There was a year where we were below -20 for over 50 days. But it's dry so more bearable than in places where it's not as cold but humid: I felt colder in the north of France around 0 to -5, for example.
Bella is happy, the heat is on and we have duvets on the beds :-) cat's paradise.
 
Wow -50 is cold. The coldest I've experienced was -8 when I lived in Italy. But I?m sure Bella doesn't mind the duvet. Nice to see her surfing the green :bighug:
 
-30 or sometimes 40. I don't think I ever experienced -50, not here. It happens in the north of Minnesota, but not here in the cities.
