I would like advice on how to handle late nadirs (40's) happening after a bounce clearing. I have experienced this twice in the last 4 days just before evening cycle. I have managed through them, last night, better than the other night. My goal is to always shoot so these situations feel a little precarious at the time. But if there is a recommended approach I would appreciate hearing about it. Mainly what kind of food and when during the low +10's of first cycle and +1 and +2 of follow-on cycle. I don't want to stifle the cycle but I want him to be shootable and not go too low afterwards.

Thanks

I know your regular food is low to no carbs. What else to you have in the lc range? I’d feed 6-7% at +10 if dropping at that time.

I just tend to add a little Karo Syrup to his LC food to make MC. Let me see what I can find in the 6-7% range.

Neko traditionally had a late nadir cycle, whether or not clearing a bounce. I used to get a +9-+10 most cycles, to see if I needed to feed a little extra to get her to coast into PS time safely.

Thanks! Good to know ok to feed which is what I did although LC. Elise suggested a bit higher percentage of carb food than my normal LC feed attempts. I will try that. Thanks!
