Cosmo seems to have a tummy ache since PMPS last night and vomited once. Hopefully a hair ball, but he did eat some with a bit of gastro gravy and kibble on top.

    Earned another reduction overnight.

He seems to low to shoot today, and I’m not sure if he will keep it down. If he vomits again, we will call the vet. Thoughts?

    Feeding now.

Ate a couple of licks, took a good pee (I was just late for his ketone strip), and now wants to settle in for a nap.

He did eat a good amount at +9.5, so maybe just not hungry yet?

    Decided to skip :(

I am not sure what to do for tonight. He did earn another reduction to 2.25, but I wonder if this is still too much right now? He is sliding down the his dose the last week. We want him to be safe and to be able to give more regular insulin again.

Very possibly not hungry plus the puke . When he wakes up see if he wants a little food and keeps it down. Small amounts.

As for tonight I would see how he eats today and his bg numbers today and at PMPS. Congrats on the reduction.

Has Cosmo been doing regular poos? What did the vomit look like? Food, hairball, clear/foamy, bile? Yeah, there's an entire language about vomit. :p

The vomit looked like food. He has still been having regular, daily #2’s.

He has been having a great day, eating well, and walking around, so hopefully it was an isolated incident?
