Good evening,
another high red and pink day. I don't know why she is so high and I don't like it. She is acting fine. I hope she goes down gently tonight.
The licking slows down and maybe we get a break from this. I didn't use the coconut oil yesterday and today.
Today her supplements came: Evening primrose oil for her skin and freeze dried cranberrypowder. I made a paste with the oils (primrose and algae), the cranberrys, d-mannose with another supplement which comes as a lick. She was a bit skeptical first but in the end it seemed to be tasty somehow. I wonder if I should start test her urine for ph-value. I want to get it more sour but of course not too much. Some more research to do....
Soon her probiotics will be finished and even after lots of research I didn't find anything, which conviced me enough to buy. Either they don't have many bacteria inside or they have sugar. I now decided to start making kefir, as she likes it and it seems to be beneficial. Thanks to @Fistuk & Shelly for the idea! I ordered the mushroom today to make it and it feels like getting another pet to take care of. Just without fur (at least if everything goes right). As she only gets 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon a day, I will drink a lot of kefir the next month/years or forever.
Hope everyone has a relaxed and happy weekend!
