On Tuesday it will be 10 months since Jack was diagnosed. That's about the time frame it took me to get my other cat Mopem into remission. I know every cat is different, and Jack has a vastly different personality than Mopem- and that heavily contributes to managing his diabetes. I started looking back at Jack's spreadsheet and we have made progress. Good progress. We still need a new vet, a cbc at the very least, and at this point I'm guessing a miracle to change Jack's eating habits, but we woke up to a far better number today than we did 10 months ago, so for today, we'll just try to be happy with that.
