Lily might still be in the bounce. The blue earlier may have been due to a pulse of insulin released from the pancreas in response to Lily eating her brekkie helping the dose along.

Try to keep in mind that Lily's only starting out on Lantus and it's trickier because her pancreas is chipping in alongside the injected insulin. As Elise noted above, the depot is not yet established so it will be several cycles before you'll be able to ascertain the effect of the drop dose, and it can always be increased if it proves not to be enough.

Being a little previous here but note that, while the 0.1IU dose took Lily on the low side the day before yesterday, that cycle would have been in some way influenced by residual effects of the two 0.25IU doses given previously, so it can't be automatically assumed that an increase to 0.1IU will take Lily back down as low in future cycles.
