I made the mistake of giving Callie a break at +1 and waited until onset to test because I thought her AMPS was high enough ...

+2.25 55 Relion and 49 AT. I gave her 2 teaspoons of 35% HC with a few drops of honey and then a little LC because she was still really hungry. I will check her again in about 5 mins - 15 mins after honey.

This is the 5th cycle after her last reduction so it looks like she earned another reduction - 3.75 beg tonight.

Rare for the AT to read lower. :D
I know! It has happened to us with a bunch of her reduction readings. It is almost always higher when over 70 or so but in these lower numbers, it's anyone's guess ...

I have the reading comparisons charted for our vet if it is something that might be interesting to anyone here.

Congrats on another reduction! She must be the only cat earning reductions based on the AT but not ReliOn!!
Thanks! :D I know it is strange to do it the way we are doing it (Callie likes to be unique ) I appreciate you all having patience with us being a little different.

Shes looking so good. Any lurkers I hope see that sometimes you need to keep raising the dose and then the reductions start coming.
1000 times this. I hated going higher and higher in dose and honestly never thought we would see these numbers, much less be taking reductions (anti-jinx!) Really it is thanks to you and Bhooma and others on this board for encouraging me to stick with it and keep increasing until we got to her breakthrough dose. The best part is that Callie is acting so much more like her happy, playful, pre-FD self now that she is more used to being in normal numbers :)

Hi Jessica, Callie is doing so well. I also used a pet and ReliOn for awhile, mainly for Dolly’s vet. Have a beautiful Sunday. Callie keep up the good work :D Sending you both big hugs :bighug::bighug::bighug:
