    So jealous :)

I need to ever since I slept on the couch a couple of nights last week but I am terrified to take them. My luck it would be when Gizmo decides to drop or I wouldn't be able to get up in the morning. :banghead:

I'll second the praises of muscle relaxers, I fall a lot and so always keep them on hand to nip tightening up in the bud! They don't make me feel weird or spacey at all, just loosen those tight muscles

Whoa - something in the air in Chicagoland today with low numbers - that's really interesting about the AT being 91 - what was the relion reading that corresponded to that?

    Hi Carol
    Relion was 41
I have found at is almost always 50 higher when in lower ranges and almost always 100 higher when like 200 or above on relion.

Glad Dre was safe for you and good catch. Just a quick note. Regardless of what the AT meter reading was the published study which is the foundation of TR was done with human meters. So for reduction purposes etc. 38 is 38 and 41 is 41. Unfortunately there has not been any validated published studies with the AT meter. Just putting it out there for anyone else who might be lurking.

Just the same, reassuring that Murphy probably won't be suffering brain damage at a human 32 reading. There's a new pet meter out (forget the name) that offers strips quite cheap. I used the AT2 too long, and still not loving (or even liking) human meter readings. But I just wish Murphy would get regulated regardless of which meter.

ECID I guess. Doodles more than once has had hypo symptoms in the 30's and low 40's on the human meter. Makes me wonder if 68 isn't too low on AT and since there are no published studies it's a bit unknown. Could explain why most Vets consider anything under 90 "too low". Anyway, just food for thought, no more no less :)

That is interesting, Karen. Once Murphy had a 28 on the AT2 meter (shudder) - he was very hungry and just laid in his food bowl
If only they would give off warning signals

Before I was home testing and ended up in the ER because Doodles was basically laying, hardly moving one morning he was 58 on AT when we got there. Only he knows how long or how many times he was in that situation.

Luckily Dre does let me know--he will confront me with a big meow....
When working I am glad it is a bit higher on AT....today would have been really hard with a 41 on AT-
I think he was going to really dive tho, he ate a whole can of food and some pure bites which I am pretty sure slowed his roll.

Holy cow! That's super for Dre man and even better he lets you know. Doodles came looking for me when he dropped 50pts from AMPS to +4 this morning and he was 196!
