Hi Staci,

the day in blue starts promising! I see Ivy has one of her famous early drops. Hopefully not too low. We love to see these beautiful flat cycles again! :cool::cool::cool::cool::cool:

Seems we have similar temperatures. It is quite sunny here too and as Binie is slowly going up I am hopeful I can catch some sun. Hope you can also do your walk today! :bighug::bighug::bighug:

Hi Heike, I’m hoping we can move Ivy’s overall chart lower again. Tinker tinker. :cool:

I’m glad Binie is showing promise on this new dose!! Paws crossed for good results and safety too.
I think we’ve decided we’re going to skip the outdoor walk today because it’s pretty cold. DH is already on the treadmill and I think I will do the same in a little while.
I don’t mind if it’s 40 and above, but when it hits the 30s or below, I don’t love being outside for an hour. Kind of a bummer since I like my long walk outside.
I hope you get to take a nice walk outside though. Maybe it’s a little nicer where you are :)

Hi Staci,

I am sure you will find the right dose for Ivy soon. You came so far with her already with all the great work you put into it so it is just a little fine tuning. I hope she surfes safely today!

Treadmill sounds like a good alternative. Hope you have a good movie to watch or some nice music while you do this!

Here we have 5, feels like -5 :confused: and I am not talking Celsius. I hope it snows soon, it’s easier to move outside then.
 
Nice start for Miss Ivy. Good luck with the additional smidge ;). Do you think she’d mind adding some firewood to Maverick’s beach fire pit just in case she’s inclined to jump into the water?

Cold … yup, it’s cold. 10 deg F here where I am. Actually that’s a bit warmer than yesterday’s temps, so I can’t complain.

Hoping she gets back on track, Heike. I’d like her to start by seeing more lower :cool::cool:

I gave her a mani and pedicure today since tomorrow turban is to apply a new Libre. And I don’t want to get scratched up. :blackeye:
It took 2 sessions and lots of screaming (her, not me):joyful:

And she even survived. Imagine that. :rolleyes:
She’s napping on a cozy chair in my bedroom now.
Hoping she behaves tonight when we attempt dinner out. :facepalm:

Hi Diane, she’s napping and being lazy right now in those yellows. I told her back to blues :cool:

Stay warm. I’m just glad it’s not wet and cold. At least it’s dry. I only went to the end of the driveway today. Too cold. :bighug::bighug::bighug:
 
We get used to it. It's weird this year because we went from 50 to 10 in 2 days. Bella spends the whole winter in front of her heat vent ;):coffee:

edit: also, I’m a wimp who grew up on SoCal beaches. It’s freezing here (40!!!) i hate the cold. Luckily just me and two cats so it’s like Tahiti in my house all winter. But going out to put out water for the deer or nectar for the hummingbirds is a test of my compassion

Congrats you did the spa treatment for Ivy and both of you survived. I really wonder how you do this. I hope everything works well with the libre tomorrow! I know it is not a fun job....

Binie just went out once today for three minutes. It is ice cold now and I feel bad she has these shaved spots for the libre. But besides that her fluffy winter fur is back.

Hope you have a wonderful dinner tonight and Ivy stays steady and safe. :bighug::kiss::bighug:

Binie just likes to take her patrol walk to survey the neighborhood. Even if only 3 minutes :p

I’ll be wearing a heavy coat tonight. It will be cold. ;)
