I'm having a health flare today and was asleep during Max's +1 & +2. I woke up to being very surprised by his 58 @ +3. I'm not sure if I handled things correctly or not. I fed him some 22% HC at +3. He was 97 @ +4 and then back down to 81 @ +7. I fed him a little more of the 22% HC.

My thought was to get his numbers a little higher to hopefully avoid a bounce or to make the bounce less bouncy. Was this a good way to handle today?

The hc was fine at +3 but at +7 mc would have been fine since it was the second half of the cycle. He’s looking really nice. Beautiful cycle.

Lesson learned. I'm hoping this is just a food bump from the 22% earlier rather than a bounce. Argh.
