She is still at needle drop dose. I finally managed to get up today for a 4am feeding yesterday and today and these were her first AMPS under (or close to) 100 in a while. If it is going to make that kind of immediate difference, that is incentive to keep doing it.

I could not get an AM nadir today because she was hiding, and I know there's a couple of PM tests missing but it's +2.5 as I write this and I will get one tonight.

What numbers am I looking for to know when it is time to try OTJ? Everything in the greens for, how long, a week?
