12/09 Maggie AMPS 101, PMPS 94. How to know when it's time to try OTJ?

She is still at needle drop dose. I finally managed to get up today for a 4am feeding yesterday and today and these were her first AMPS under (or close to) 100 in a while. If it is going to make that kind of immediate difference, that is incentive to keep doing it.

I could not get an AM nadir today because she was hiding, and I know there's a couple of PM tests missing but it's +2.5 as I write this and I will get one tonight.

What numbers am I looking for to know when it is time to try OTJ? Everything in the greens for, how long, a week?

You have too many blues but getting so close. Seven days weigh nadirs under 90 and almost all green. The nadirs are good. You don’t want to rush this. You want a strong remission

Thank you! I don't feel in a rush at all, I just wanted to make sure I know what I'm looking for.

Sometimes I cheer her on, "Go Maggie Go! 5, 5, 5!" (that's 5 mmol/L aka 90 mg/dL, I'm in Canada)
