Yesterday

This morning Oreo greeted me with quiet hoarse meows that I never heard from him. So I think he did get laryngitis like I did. Meanwhile I'm glad his appetite returned. He ate close to normal from last dinner, finished the PM+4, +6, +9 snack, ate a normal-sized breakfast. Lethargic, AMBG still high, but I guess it's not too bad a number for a sick cat?

Aw poor Oreo - I am curious to see how the experts weigh in but I can't imagine him feeling sick not having an impact on BG. Sending positive vibes that he gets feeling better soon and back to his lovely green insulin-free bg's soon!

His PMBG finally came back to the green field. He even played a little in the afternoon. Although his subdued hoarse meow remains pretty much same. I think it was me who passed the virus on to him. Now I will have to cuddle him with my face turn to side and no kiss.
