Are you testing regularly for ketones while he's in these higher numbers?

To answer yesterday, this isn't stress, he just needs more insulin. Typically when a cat falls out of remission, they end up not too far from the dose that turned them around the first time. Just keep increasing by 0.5 units if all you are seeing is numbers above 300.

Yes, checking ketones, and they were negatives. Last time when he also had these high numbers, he’s ketones were negative as well.
And for the increasing dose, I just wanted to make sure if these were correct. For increasing, since tomorrow morning will be the 7th cycle and his numbers were not below 300s during 6 cycles for 2.25. So I should increase from 2.25 to 2.75 right?

Could you put a comment in the Remarks, or somewhere on the SS, about the ketones test results so we know you are checking the ketones.

And yes, up 0.5 units if no blues tonight.
