Haven't posted in a long time. It's been a rough couple months. My other cat, Keos, was diagnosed with large-cell GI lymphoma on November 1. We had to say goodbye to him this past Monday. I'm devastated.

At the same time, Oreo was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism. He has a consultation on January 2 to see if he's able to get the I-131 treatment. If everything is okay, he'll go into the hospital on January 6, get the injection and stay in the clinic until January 10. I'm a nervous wreck but hopefully, it will cure the hyperthyroidism.

I'm so sorry to hear about Keos. . Large cell GI is a hard one to deal with.

Also sorry to hear about Oreo's hyperT diagnosis but hope he can get the treatment. HyperT can make it harder to regulate a cat so treating may help his diabetes too.

I’m so sorry about Keos. That’s so heartbreaking.
And I’m sorry about the hyperthyroid diagnosis. Hopefully Oreo can be cured with the I131.
I am dealing with this as well for Ivy.
