pretty much as I thought though his +6 and +9 have me confused it is as if a bounce with in a bounce. Have you ever heard of such a thing?

Bounce numbers can wobbly up and down before they finally drop down to come off the bounce. And we frequently see a higher BG before it starts to drop.
