Butters & Lyla

Yesterday overnight it seemed like Butters was going to stay in the high 200s, going by the +3 and +5. But what did I wake up to? A 90 AMPS. Somewhere between last night's +5 and this morning's AMPS, Butters thought it would be fun (some may even call it "cute" @JaxBenji :p) to dive almost 200 points. I tested her twice because I didn't believe the 90 was accurate.

She has been feeling good the past few days. We aren't back to spooning just yet, but maybe getting closer:smuggrin:. I think the lower numbers (anything <300) are helping her to feel better.

Have a great day, all.

WOOOT :woot::woot::woot::woot: Surf safely Butters!

Lyla, I hope you didn't get rid of your "feeding the curve" pants (those are a pair too, right? found near "patience" pants?) :D

Also, very appropriate use of the word "cute".

Have a wonderful day :bighug::bighug::bighug:

Morning Lyla, am I seeing right, lol
I'm thrilled to see this, Butters you little scooch :p
I'm sure she's feeling better. Can't wait to check in and see how she's doing
Have a good day Lyla ♥:bighug::cat:

Congrats Lyla :bighug:!! Now bring on the spooning Butters. Way to sail the ship through the storm :p. Praying for a very long period of nothing but smooth seas ahead :bighug:

From yesterday....
Butters just wanted to be a scooch ( in Italian it means a pain in the a**

The word in standard Italian would be scocciatore, which means, unsurprisingly, "pain in the a** . The root of all this is the verb scocciare, which means "to annoy".

So Butters was being a scooch last night :p
You have no idea how much I love this post:kiss:, Diane. It speaks directly to my inner language nerd and love of etymology. Soooo thank you. I hope you don't mind if I borrow it:). Yes, last night Butters was definitely being a scooch. I'm shocked I don't have a bald spot on my head.

I'm not even sure I'm posting in the right cat's condo. LOL. Has the glucometer had been hacked:confused:? 70 @+6.
She got a bit of contraband...a few sweet crumbs:facepalm:...totally my fault. Hopefully it doesn't spoil her surf.

I've been tearing through my closet trying to find them:nailbiting:. May need to borrow yours:).
Thank you, I've been waiting patiently for just the right moment to use "cute" in Butters' condo, and it finally arrived;).

Bye bye insulin resistance. Don’t bother to return!
Paws and fingers are crossed that it doesn't. I'm going to change the lock on my door.

Woohoo!!! Way to go, Butters!! This is excellent news :D:bighug::cool:. I'm so happy to read this :):). Keep it up, Butters. Have a great night, Lyla :):bighug:
Thanks! A bit surprising but very exciting!
Nice to see you, Cheryl:bighug:. I hope you and Jazzy are doing well:cat:.
