We had mostly pinks all night. I know it needs to be lower but just glad to see it go without steep highs and lows. It’s a start, baby steps. Hubby and I finally got 6 hours of sleep, which is so much better than the 3 we have been getting this week.

I see such an improvement with Tigers behavior over the last 2 days. When on 2 units, he hid under a chair all day, low appetite, and generally zombieish. On 1,75 units, he was a little more himself but now on 1.5 units he is his old self, playing, eating, wanting to be petted laying next to me and scratching his post. There is such a big difference! Not sure what all that means, but it sure makes me happy to see him happy. I’ll take it for the moment.

As a side note, what does GA stand for in the prefix? I know I saw a link to abbreviations but I can’t find it…

Oh so sad a prefix. Ty for telling me.
Here I bragged on him and this morning he is sleeping under the chair! However I think it’s because he had so little sleep yesterday and all that playing!

I found Neko played when her BG was in numbers she was used to. For the longest time low pinks was her happy zone. Thankfully over time it moved down to low blues/upper greens and she became grumpy in pinks.

Ty Wendy, I was wondering about that. Still great to see him feel good. Total opposite today, sleepy and off in bedroom chair sleeping.

A fun afternoon, not! Tiger was sleeping in a chair in our bedroom. I am not sure why, but I just felt like I needed to get a reading on the libre. When I checked it, it said replace sensor, sensor not working, Well our vet was to close in 1.5 hours and closed tomorrow and Monday. Hubby called and they said get here asap. Tiger never knew what hit him! We scooped him up and off to the vet.
I guess God was watching over us and had this happen before Christmas closures! Especially since hubby has mastered getting blood manually.
Not sure if higher readings are because of stress or the new monitor settling in, or a bit of both. Either way I got catitude from Tiger for the rude awakening and a trip to the vet, for several hours, lol.
