12/25 Angel AMPS 259, AM+8 286, PMPS 284, PM+4 185

It really does seem like baby steps at the beginning as one waits for the depot to build. So other than the numbers, how is Angel feeling today? We say are cats are more than just numbers, but that's all the rest of us can see.
 
She's doing a bit better than the last few days, but I can tell she's still sick. Her appetite is still decreased, she's still lethargic and looks uncomfortable, still has diarrhea (but that's been happening for months) and she gets noticably worse when her painkiller/anti-fever med starts to wear off.

She never truly recovered after her bowel infection :/ I think it's back again, but vets are closed here until wednesday and she's not bad enough for emergency.
 
Poor baby. How was the bowel infection diagnosed? Which HC dry food is she on? Is she on any probiotics or prebiotics (like psyllium husk powder)?
 
Diagnosed through bloodwork and clinical symptoms (more info in the thread I posted about it at the time here). She's on Royal Canin Gastro Intestinal. She's been on a lot of different pre- and probiotics (fortiflora, S. boulardii + MOS, canikur, Dr. Ann's Pre- and Probiotics, psyllium husks, Isogel, human grade mixture of probiotics from local health store), some helped a bit but no cures. Currently she's not on any, beyond the prebiotics in the RC dry food, as she doesn't want to eat food that's been "tampered with" right now.

Edit: she did hit a blue just now, so that's nice.
