Higher AMPS might be caused by 4am snack. When I got up at 6:30 this AM Peanut had still leftover snack and Nestle might have been snacking on it less than 2 hrs pre-shot?

I was at work all day so was able to do only AMPS. Bf got home in time for PMPS and I got back in time for +3.
Going to bed soon as I work again tomorrow (PT job so hoping for a short day)
