12/3 Mitsos in remission BG 360, 340 0

Dear friends, First of all , I wish all of you to be ok as it been long time from our last communication.
Your support helped Mitsos to be in remision from last May approx..Therefore, the last days I dont see him very well so i checked yesterday the BG was 360 and 340 in the night.This morning was again 340 .I found that the analytical systatics of the canned food and realized that it has been changed and is 15% with carbs while he was eating from last January as it was much lower than 10%.I stopped it and fed him with a new one so i wait the BG go down..Do you think that i should make insulin Lantus or should i wait to see if it goes down with the change of canned food...I have no idea the nr of days that the BG is high.

I would wait a couple of days and see if the BG goes down.
You mentioned he did not seem well. Have you checked his teeth?
I would also check his ketones in the urine. Do you have any Ketostix you can do that test?
