I know that this will sound like a broken record, but I am thinking that the Dosing Advisors will need more spot checks in order to assist you better with Buster's dose adjustment. If you can get a few more spot checks tomorrow and on the weekend, I'm sure that it will be very helpful.
Yeller isn't bad, but if there is room for improvement, you wouldn't want to miss it!

i agree with helene. we have no idea how low this dose is taking buster.
get some nadir checks asap and we'll have a better idea about dose.
 
Would it be possible for you to do a curve? It looks like you're trying to catch the nadir but it may not be at +5. Getting tests every 2 hrs across a cycle may be very helpful.

I'll try to get another later check tonight. I am liking this PS.

Tomorrow is already crammed, I could fit in a few sc's, but wouldn't get a curve. I could try to do a curve on Friday.
