Dear Friends Good news
According to today's results from the vet, everything is OK (blood, urine) only fructosamine is 389 due to the increase of BG. All this situation has been occured due to the MC food the last 1 2 months approx or from his teeth due to the stomatitis..
I already started with 1U so hope that it not will be for a long and Mitsos will be in remission again!!

Good luck, I hope this is a short stay while he gets back to good numbers. Great new that you aren't dealing with any extra condition. Other than possibly the stomatitis. Does the vet think anything more has to be done with his mouth?

For cats that are coming out of remission, a couple things to be aware of. Some of them are more bouncy the second time around. It's likely that he may have to go back up to his break through dose of the first time around. And lastly, but most important, the sooner you can get him regulated again, the greater the chances of a second remission.

1 unit might be a bit low, but as long as increases are taken as soon as they can be with TR, it should be OK. Let's see where things are at when the depot has had time to fill.
