I'm really happy with the way Lu is spending time in the healing zones, because she is the most beautiful, clever girl ever.

I was gobsmacked and humbled, to put it mildly, to see so many kind comments yesterday. Everything here is because of how we help one another. At a time when social media has become increasingly nasty, this site is even more a shining example of what people with goodwill can accomplish. And returning here, after close to a decade and getting the same help incredibly kind, warm, practical help from ~* Marje and Wendy *~ they are stars! (And please temper any nice words about me with the fact that I got the wrong syringes, which could have been a serious problem. Eeps!)

Lu lost some weight before she was diagnosed, and so far I'm not seeing her gain any back, although she is eating well. I guess I have to remind myself not to be impatient as we've been at this for only 10 days ;-) But I weighed her yesterday and she seemed to have lost a bit of weight, rather than gained. I don't entirely trust the pet/pediatric scale I bought, as it gave me 3 different readings. So I'll just weigh her a bit more often.

Very high - whatthefutz? I'm moving shot time forward by half an hour and hoping she'll decide to stop orbiting the rings of Saturn.

That was a trip to the stars. It looks like she's on her way down, and I'd better get a late test in. I wonder why the high #s. I heard some tummy action, but really don't know if or how it's related.
