UPDATE: Ondansentron is finally not available in the area and the vet insisted it is common practice in Greece to inject Baytril to cats and dogs alike against GI bacteria. He gave him one more shot, half the dose, because we were almost shouting at each other.
Rico hasn't vomited today and diarrhea has stopped but he still feels nauseous and only ate once so far. I do manage to syringe feed him 3-5 ml in between, every couple of hours. I'm leaving early tomorrow morning to get him to the clinic Yanna suggested. I don't know what else to do...
