The Bupe and Cerenia seem to have helped Max. I’m going to continue these for a while. Sorry for venting my down in the dumps mood last night. Max looked miserable and I tend to get that way when I can’t fix something. I’m not sure if it was more pancreatitis or if it was his IBD bothering him. I do think it was something GI though. He seems better today. I woke up hearing him chewing on one of my shoes. I have tons to do today, but I’m feeding the curve right now, so everything else is going to have to wait. We are trying to get it right. :D:D

Fed small amounts every 1-2 hours until amps+8, trying to prevent a bounce. Seems like too many feedings. May try a little less tomorrow and see if he can still surf without feeding so often. A really good am cycle today for Max though. I wish I knew exactly what he needs but I’m still experimenting.

((( @Max & Lori )))) You don't need to apologize, remember this board is here for moral support, this is the place to do the venting! I used to "vent" into my Tiger's SS as well LOL, it was very cathartic! But it was better than having those worrying thoughts going through my head. I would be willing to bet everyone on here knows your pain, and if they don't, they are new to FD.

Max has multiple issues, not the least of which is that acro, I tend to forget that, and I am so sorry. :bighug::bighug::bighug::bighug::bighug: What I do see is Max is getting the very best care possible from you, he is so blessed that you are his human!!! I just hate to see you beat yourself up for those bounces though, and looking at his SS today, he had a beautiful green/blue-ish surf, despite last night's bounce.

P.S. Have you tried an automatic feeder for these sort of days when you have to go out?
