I 'think' this was the last post, apologies if it's not: https://www.felinediabetes.com/FDMB/threads/1-28-jack-241-amps-196-2.297861/#post-3246414
Too much going on for a full update; Buddy left over the Bridge, Sable had his I-131 radiation, and I got sick and then hurt with the crazy winter weather we are trapped under, and couldn't keep up with work, home, and posting here. Just gabbing some time now while I'm working but not 'essential' to the meeting. Jack is on 8 units, some days it works better than others, so we are just holding there for now. He does take his time with a dose change, so still hoping the 8 units starts to give more consistent blue/green action. The LC kibble intake is the real problem, and I'm trying to feed him less but more often throughout the day, but that is dependent on my work schedule, which changes too often to even keep track of. The SS tells the tale of inconsistency
STILL need to get the labwork updated on the SS as well.
Sable had a good week at Quakertown, and the I-131 treatment went well. He had a tough time when he came home, was quite depressed, and didn't want to eat for a few days, but we are back to normal now, and he is clawing at the office door to get out. Poor guy has to wait until Sunday to have access to the general population litterboxes---I can't hoard THAT much litter for 3 months....Tagging @Staci & Ivy for the I-131 update- I'm sorry I didn't post sooner. Hope Ivy is doing well with her methimazole.
Hope all are well. You are all always in my thoughts and prayers, even if I don't get to the board. Sending love---and WARM weather wishes to all....
