Hmm, numbers seem to be rising after the reduction. If you don't see green tonight, I'd think about going back up. Or you could try 5.75 units.

I'm thinking 5.75 might be good. Though his reduction this time around wasn't earned quite as solidly as the previous ones (just one brief dip into the mid 40s), so maybe I should go for 6 to keep on top of things. I don't want the antibodies or glucose toxicity taking hold again.
