2/21 RICO AMPS 99, +6 80, PMPS 95

I’d order it.
Doesn't it have sugar in its ingredients? I asked for probiotics at the pet shop today and they only had Purina FortiFlora & Vet Expert Bioprotect. Would they do the same job as Bulardii?
Also, are probiotics to be given on a daily basis or just whenever there is a GI problem?

Here's the Composition of Bioprotect, which seems similar to S Bulardii with Moss (I think):

The product is recommended for dogs and cats to support proper gastrointestinal microbiota function

ENTEROCOCCUS FAECIUM, LACTOBACILLUS ACIDOPHILUS – directly and indirectly affect the optimization of the microflora residing in the digestive tract. Directly – as a result of preferential growth of beneficial bacteria and limiting the growth of pathogenic bacteria and indirectly – through interaction with intestinal epithelial cells and through the intestinal epithelial immune system.

FRUCTOOLIGOSACCHARIDES (FOS) stimulate the growth of E. faecium, L. acidophilus and affect the intestinal pH, making unfavourable conditions for Clostridium perfringens, Escherichia coli, Salmonella enterica.

MANNANOLIGOSACCHARIDES (MOS): reduce the colonization of pathogenic bacteria, reduce the population of Escherichia coli and stimulate the growth of the Lactobacillus sp. and Bifidobacterium sp. and stimulate the mechanisms of specific and non-specific immunity.

I used Jarrow’s, the human unflavored. It dues not contain sugar. I on,y used it when Chai was having issues and then went back to Visbiome Vet which I give to both of mine every day. I saw Marje gives a pinch of Harrows daily. Here are ingredients in Jarrows.

Saccharomyces boulardii (an S. cerevisiae strain), MOS Yeast Fraction (Manno-oligosaccharides [MOS]) (S. cerevisiae), Other Ingredients: Tapioca starch, capsule (hydroxypropylmethyl-cellulose, water), silicon dioxide and ascorbic acid (antioxidant).
