I went to he pharmacy to pick up some more Lantus and the pharmacist asked if I want a biosimilar, Semeglee, it cost less and I noticed some people here use it so bought it instead of Lantus. But when I got home I noticed it was actually Basaglar. Oops, is it the same? Perhaps I should have asked here before I switched:facepalm:. Can I use the same dose? And does it act the same way?

Yes, Semglee and Basaglar are biosimilars of Lantus and are cheaper. They are also insulin glargine and act the same way. You would stay at the same dose. Just change your Signature and SS to say Basaglar instead of Lantus. Add a row in the SS or a comment to say "Switched to Basaglar".
