Hello!!!How do you see Lisa's values? I got a second job and study as well, I wake up early and I get very tired staying up late testing her.Do you think I could lower the dose? maybe she close for stop insulin?

She’s not ready to stop insulin and hasn’t earned a reduction. If anything following TR you would increase. You could switch to SLGS if TR becomes too difficult or take reductions at a higher bg but continue TR. Another option is to feed higher carbs when you need to go to sleep.

To stop insulin her bg needs to be between 50-100 most of the time.
