Do you feed slightly higher carbs on days when he starts lower and you have to get to work? Like an LC-MC mix to get 8-10%?

Yes, I give him some mc along with his lc, when he is low before work.

I did a +3 and he is 50. Not quite a reduction. I gave him more mc.
