This morning I’m thinking about if he makes it the rest of the way here, there’s only a handful of daily posts left from me. It’s a bittersweet one and will be weird because it’s been such a nice addition to our routine.

Also, you've learned so much in the process of caring for Pookey, and it would be a shame for you to not share your knowledge and support with others on the forum from time to time. Think how far you've come since the first days of being here and how much you've learned!

It really is bittersweet! I hope you'll still come in and let us know how Pookey's doing! And you're such a friendly face to all of us here. You were one of the very first people to respond to my first thread and were so nice to me and that made such a big difference in making me feel welcome here and less alone. You're a great asset to this community, even if you did such a good job that you don't need it anymore!

Happy Day 9!

For many years, when a LLB sugar kitty went OTJ a long-time member here, Camille, would put together a celebration video featuring pictures of the kitty cat in question. Unfortunately Camille is no longer able to make those videos. My wife stepped in, in 2023, and made a few. But that was just a temporary thing.

I guess what I'm saying Tim is that i'm a little bit sad you and Pookey aren't getting one of those videos. I know I will treasure Hendrick's OTJ video forever.

Who knows maybe one of these days someone else will step up and start producing those videos again!

not at all, and in fact some caregivers in the past have chosen to make their own vs having someone else do it.
