Update: Thankfully I caught her in time, she just dropped to 49, I’ve fed her a little bit of syrup to help guide her back up. Going to test after 20 minutes

Thank you!! This is the second time on this dose and she definitely didn’t like it lol, maybe it’s time to consider doing shaved dose reductions like Lyla did previously with Butters!

Yup. When one dose is too little and the next is too much, that's what you have to do.
Wait and see if the 3 drops between 40 and 50 come back-to-back like the last time.
