Planning on getting a nadir reading tonight (on the 6th cycle at this dose), but wanted to ask in advance just in case - I have a feeling we'll be increasing back to 2.75 units. If that happens, and he goes back into <50 territory, what do we do when 2.5 seems too low but 2.75 is too high?
