Back to pee on the kitchen sink pee pads and poop on the litter mat The second litter box has made no difference at all. Civvie does use it occasionally but not Leroy.

Yup, Leroy behaves when the dog is here. He doesn't like the dog much so he mostly stays in the bedroom with the litter box and feeder and water bowl. Once the dog leaves, he goes back to his routine
