He did a random yowl in the middle of the night I'm almost at the end of the pen, maybe 15 units left. Should I just start a new pen and hope for better numbers? Or just finish up the pen since nothing will ever improve Leroy's numbers?

Guess it’s your call on the remaining insulin in the pen.
I assume more insulin would bring his numbers down????

Leroy? Nope. He decided to sleep on the sofa last night. Maybe he got spooked by the rats rattling in their cage or some mysterious invisible thing.

We did 2.5 and went down to 79 so back to 2.25 which doesn't seem to be doing much

What about a Fat 2.25 units? Not quite 2.5 units but a smidge more than 2.25?
Kai is on that dose now and I could tell a difference. But I also know its hard to measure accurately each time. Probably easier if you use calipers.

I actually gave a fat 2.25 for PMPS. We'll see how Leroy responds
