Catching up on posting this afternoon... steep dive last night, and two dips into the 40s in the past two cycles. One more in a third cycle will get him a reduction. Looks like maybe we've hit the sweet spot? It does look like he's back to his 6-cycle pattern.

Luckily DH and I are sharing the load. I handled it until 3 am; he did 4-8 am. Tag team until about noon, and he's been doing it this afternoon while I'm out of the house. I'll be back by 8 for PMPS.
