Oh hum, we had a late nadir in the am cycle, and a "low" in the pm cycle. Maybe halfing his MC wasn't such a good thing.

Whoops! Thank you, I added it. For him, the 108 is low enough to start him bouncing again.

Yes but any lower number he isnt used to will give him a bounce. That just comes with the territory unfortunately. It does slowly get better though

You want to see him get used to lower bg. The hope is then the bounces disappear.

I wasn't going to check Taz until his +5, but I just got home and he seemed kind of twitchy to me (hard to explain). I went ahead and took his reading and was not expecting him to be below 100. If he's getting a half tsp MC at his +1, does this mean that his insulin dosage might be too high?

No it's not I think maybe it's just finally working. Twitchy how? That 94 even on an AT is perfectly wonderful and normal.

You could give him a little of his normal LC like a tsp to help him surf along but that is an awesome breakthrough and not bad at all

Like when he went to take a step, his leg was twitching and it looked like it almost buckled. He also acted like he didn't hear me when I talked to him, like he was zoned out a little. I'm assuming he nadired at his usual +3, so I'm not sure how low he went. I did give him a bit of LC and he seems to be normal now. It was just weird and not like him.
