Hi all!!

It's obvious Chnoudi can't hold the reduction.. And after 2 times <40.. I can't believe it Her numbers are awful today.
I think I have to go back to 1.5.. Right?

I am so so so sad

If you are looking at reduction guidelines, it's 3 times in the 40 - 50 range for a dose reduction and you reduce immediately if the numbers are <40.

Numbers are definitely better in the PM cycle. Have you tried giving a snack around PM +8? I'd be curious if it helps to lower the AMPS.

Thank you Sienne! Yes, I reduced from 1.5 to 1.25 because she had been on 40-50 3 times AND <40 one time. She also had another time <40, due to the depot.
I'm now wondering if I have to increase back to 1.50 because of her high numbers since yesterday.

Yes I was afraid of that.. It's amazing how a .25 can make such a difference!! Had never face that before..
I'll increase from tomorrow morning and also I'll try the +8snack.
