Okay folks. Niko has been having ODD cycles on this 2.00.

He just came in at a 45 at the PM +10. We didn't stay out last night because he was bouncing after the PM shot, but now has a very late nadir. I have fed HC since he was so hungry. Poor kitty.

I assume this is a 1.75U for the AM shot? It is due in 2 hours, I'll see what he's at.

What does it mean when he has a late nadir like this? Even last AM cycle, he was at a 65 at +10.

Check him again in 20-30 minutes. If he's up, no food until AMPS. You want your preshot test to be two hours after the last HC.

Back to 1.75 units you go. This time, with patience pants. :p

Late nadirs happen frequently on bounce breaking cycles. The good news is he's quickly recovering from bounces.

Okay, that makes sense. We were used to watching him at +6 and staying up, did NOT realize he would drop so fast from a yellow to a lime by his AMPS... thank god I was up for work.
