5/10 Fiona amps 126, PMPS 122 vacation dose question

Hi everyone, I’m going on a work trip with my husband Tuesday morning (5/15). I have my friend coming Wednesday and Thursday. She can only come once a day, so Fiona will be missing some shots. She’s been hitting 50’s with her current dose. Should I tell my friend to do the current dose or a vacation dose. Fiona is currently on .5

I’m leaving Tuesday morning right after I give her the shot. I’m back Friday. So my friend can come Wednesday and Thursday but only once because of work. She’s also setting up the auto feeders for me. I have my mom coming Friday afternoon to feed them. I should be back Friday dinner time depending on traffic.
