I am thinking just a skinny.. Do you think I should reduce by a skinny or 0.25?

Just because ive gone up and down like a yoyo before now.....

I'm not sure that 4.5 test was accurate last night. I wondered if I'd mixed up the test strips (last night and reused one by mistake. Who knows.
