As predicted, jack was over 300 yesterday at his PMPS and a few hrs after, so when we got 98 this morning, and he didn't want to eat just pate and kibble, but needed a whole lot of variety and coaxing to cooperate this morning, I decided to go to 7.75u and give him a dose of cerenia to see if that helps. I'll be working from home so I can keep an eye on him with the increased insulin. Hopefully we only need a few cycles on the increase like the last time, and then we can reduce again. Paws crossed the cerenia kicks in and he cooperates for dinner. It's always something with this guy....
