No condo yesterday....Saturday is a hectic day for me, DH had testing duties until +6. Tinkles kept him busy...I had DH give more HC when I normally wouldn't, since he (DH, not Tinkles!) sometimes gets occupied with projects and forgets to test on time. Tinkles bounced last night but cleared it quickly. All Ps in place today, he's snoozing on the bed at the moment. He has also been more cooperative at shot time the last couple of days.

I'll answer Julie's questions about the cockatiels here. Fledging....yes, that means that they have started flying, the term is still used even though there is no "nest" to leave. About the orange cheeks....both sexes have them. When they get their adult plumage, the males also have a bright yellow face/crest.

I'm trying to get some things done around the house. I may not be on the board until tonight, but I will try to get to condos then! I hope everyone has a great Sunday!

All the talk about birds is making me want to get a bird feeder now. Home Depot has a zillion different kinds of bird feed that I don't have a clue what to get. The kitties would sure get a kick of having some birds to watch in the patio.

seconding the nomination for Best Name Ever for Mr. Tinkles! :lol:

our local paper had an article yesterday about taking in 150 pets from an animal hoarder - doing it in conjunction with a reality show on Animal Planet called "Confessions: Animal Hoarding." they had 39 birds of various kinds, including cockatiels, even some quail. can't imagine having 150 pets and doing any kind of decent care and loving on any of them.

mr tinkles sure is doing great! what encouraging numbers - hope you've had a wonderful productive day. or a wonderful lazy day, your choice! ;-)
