Not sure what could be happening at this point - I think I got a fur shot, or an incomplete shot last night - but I don't think that would reverse all of the downward progress he's been making. Is the dose getting stale? I was advised to try 1.25u, if I still see these insane numbers on today's curve I will be moving him up tomorrow.

If you are following TR for dosing as per the signature, he is overdue for an increase to 1.25 units. More insulin will also help tamp down the high points. Spending too much time in higher numbers will also contribute to glucose toxicity, meaning the need to get to an even higher dose to get over it.

Every time I considered moving to a higher dose, he would snap back to some low I had never seen, so i'd waffle. I will go up to 1.25.
