Can't believe it's been 5 days since I posted, life just won't slow down for me. Jack is all over, I probably screwed him up yesterday with less insulin and and higher carbs, but I ended up having to run to the city and had no one to check on him, so he was in the 300's when I got back yesterday evening. He seems to be doing ok with it all today, I'm liking the numbers so far and we are back to the 10 units he was on. Still need to get more $$ together before his insulin resistance tests can be done, just a waiting game at this point. He has gotten used to being in the bathroom with Abby for a bit each morning, which my walls and door appreciate; he gets his regular low carb FF or Friskies with the phos-bind in the morning (of course with the kibble mix) and he eats the low carb urinary formula stuff with the phos-bind in the evening with everyone else (At which point Otis goes in the bathroom with Abby to get high carb food- no wonder she won't leave, she has constant company and a nice buffet of food...LOL)
Hope all of you are doing well, hoping to check in with everyone over the course of today.
