Way too high this morning. I'm starting a new insulin pen so maybe that will make a difference. Also gave another 1/4 tab mirtazapine as his appetite is off yet again.

Good luck with the new pen. Once the Tresaderm gets out of his system, his numbers should come down.

Another bounce tonight. Also started 1/4 tsp RenaPlus powder BID, per the vet. Wally doesn't seem to like it mixed into his food
