I am a hot mess this week. I have a very finely tuned morning routine so everyone gets what they need on time and kids don't have meltdowns. Daughter asked to read one morning, I just read and read til 45 mins past shot time. Son had an appointment yesterday that I forgot to adjust shot time for so shot an hour late. I should have gotten up an hour after that 76 last night but slept too hard, and feel terrible about it. I go to give him his shot this morning, he jumped and it came out. So I went to do it again...I never filled it with insulin.
Pippis surgery is scheduled for July 6th, once the tumor is graded we'll decide on next steps. Likely ultrasound to determine spread, and chemo depending how how bad it may be. 8+ inch incision across her chest, not looking forward to that, she's a little bigger than a rat terrier. She's a lazy dog, but a little dumb, always tries to jump up stairs. She's split stitches every time she's had surgery.
Here's hoping today starts looking up!
