6/23 Taz, AMPS-117, +3-103

We'll see if tomorrow is higher. There's something about Fancy Feast that makes Taz drink a lot more. I've noticed it twice now. So while I like his lower numbers, I don't like what the Fancy Feast does to him. I don't know if it's because it's lower carb, higher phosphorus, or maybe higher salt?, but I hate seeing him walking to the water bowl every 15-30 minutes. He isn't drinking a lot during his trips, but they're constant.

I checked for ketones two days ago. The same thing happened last month when we were feeding him FF then. I stopped giving it to him, and the constant drinking stopped too. I was looking for it this time, and sure enough it started within 24 hours and has been constant since. Im wondering if FF has more salt in it or something.

Hmm. That's an odd effect. I personally havent heard anyone else seeing that. You could go raw? It's been awesome for us and really not that hard at all. Cheaper too lol
