It's like I have my kitty back lately! Playing (I forgot how intense he is ), coming to greet us, nice coat, purring all the time. Oh, and hairballs. I thought I missed them, now I don't. Numbers aren't quite where I want them to be, but he's obviously feeling much better!

My heart goes out to Patty and Cookie this morning, they both fought incredibly hard til the very end.

Awww, I'm glad Mr. Kitty is feeling like himself again! :bighug:

Any update on the doggo?

I hope you're feeling less stretched thin than you were last week.

Thanks! Now I'm trying to catch up on all the things I couldn't do last week, vicious cycle.

She has surgery July 6th. At the same time they'll try to aspirate the lymph nodes. Depending on the grade of tumor and what the lymph nodes show, we may opt for ultrasound to see extent of spread. From there it would be the difficult choice of chemo or just keep her comfortable. Poor girl. I think we're going to have to turn all the couches around until she heals so she doesn't jump, house is going to look ridiculous for awhile

I like this Mr. Kitty report! It's so great to see when they start turning around and acting like kittens again. :cat:

Totally heartbroken over Cookie. :( You and Janet were so great with Patty, holding her hand until the very end.

Hope Pippi's situation turns out to be controllable. I'll be thinking of her. :bighug:

Regarding the couches - just call it a modern art installation and voilà, not so ridiculous ;)

I hope things turn out, though. One of my sisters dogs has cancer. They operated like a year and a half ago, and thought it might have spread. No radiation, they decided just to keep him comfortable, but he's still trucking and being a holy nuisance all this time later. He's old, too, so absolutely not a spring chicken.

I hope you have the best of outcomes, no matter what happens. :bighug:
